Truffle pasta vegetarian:

Barilla tagliatelle with eggs, half cream, parmesan, truffle oil 

Mini spring rolls vegetarian:

Wheat rice dough, carrots, onions, leeks, , Hot + Sweet Chili Sauce, salt.

Breaded Schitzeli with potato salad:

Swiss chicken breast, egg, wheat breadcrumbs, spices (SELLERI), Swiss potatoes, onions, spiced herb vinegar, Swiss canola oil, beef broth, organic lemon wedge. 

Chocolate Mousse:

Whole cream 36%, Swiss dark chocolate, gelatin.

Panna Cotta with Berries:

Swiss milk and cream, vanilla from vanilla beans, sugar, gelatin, assorted berries.
